PURPOSE: A magnetic stabilizer for a flashing fluorescent lamp is provided to prolong the life of a lamp by amplifying the voltage in the secondary winding of a stabilizer. CONSTITUTION: A power source is electrically connected in parallel to primary windings(1S,1E) and a flashing device(3) of a magnetic stabilizer(2). Pre-heating windings(4a,4b) of the magnetic stabilizer(2) is applied to a fluorescent lamp(5). Secondary windings(2S,2E) of the magnetic stabilizer(2) is electrically connected to the fluorescent lamp(5) and the flashing device(3).
