PURPOSE: A transaction method of ship's stores using the internet is provided so that a shipping company can purchase ship's stores at low costs by securing transparency. CONSTITUTION: Ship' stores and the conditions associated with the ship's stores are registered in a web server(S1). A plurality of quotations from ship's stores companies are proposed for the inquiry(S2). The proposed quotations are provided to a shipping company from the web server(S3). One of the proposed quotations is approved by the shipping company(S4). The approved result is annunciated to the ship's stores company proposed the approved quotation(S5). A formal transaction is annunciated to the ship's stores company and the shipping company for the approved and annunciated quotation(S6). The ship's stores company annunciates the formal contract to the web server with the document of the contract and requests the contract conclusion evidence to the operator of an electronic document exchange interface system(S7). The ship's stores company receives the contract document from the operator and confirms the contract(S8).
