PURPOSE: A mobile stand for attaching wire ring preventing deflection between a strand and a cable is provided to guarantee the safety of work by settling the difficulty of the work. CONSTITUTION: Two body substrates(1,2) and rollers are provided. A mobile stand(5) for attaching wire ring preventing deflection is provided. Knobs(7,8) for moving the body substrates(1,2) are installed at the body substrates(1,2). A pin(10) for fixing the body substrates(1,2) are provided between the body substrates(1,2), and holes are formed.
