PURPOSE: An electronic commerce system using a credit card transaction device is provided to purchase products and to request supply of service process. In addition to the traditional functions provided by the credit card transaction device, electronic commerce and loan settlement functions are provided. CONSTITUTION: An electronic commerce system using a credit card transaction device is composed of transmission, analyzation, delivery, and payment. Product purchase information is sent from the branch office(7) to the management host(1) through a telephone(2), the internet(3), and a direct connection line(4) using the credit card transaction device(9). A host(5) analyzes the information and the branch's information and the product purchase information is sent to service, manufacturer, and product provider's host(5) through the direct connection line(4a) or internet(3a). The host(5) orders product center, factory, branch office, and service provider's host(6) through the direct connection line(4a) and internet(3a) to deliver the product and the product is delivered. The product and deliver fee is paid to the affiliated companies by the management host. For those companies without account transfer contract, payment is transferred by telephone banking and PC banking(10).
