PURPOSE: A ststem and method for advertising an internet site using mouse pop-up menu is provided to provide advertisers chance of informing their sites effectively by providing mouses and constituting driver in order to display a list of internet sites, which are advertised. CONSTITUTION: A ststem and method for advertising an internet site using mouse pop-up menu includes several steps. A first step is to receive applications of internet sites, which an advertiser wants to advertise, from the advertiser. A second step is to prepare a mouse and a driver as the mouse controller which is made to display pop-up menu in which the internet site and linked list are written when button is clicked. A third step is to receive application for receipt of mouse from users. A fourth step is to distribute mouses and drivers to users. A fifth step is to open corresponding site when users, who have installed the mouse and driver, click internet site of pop-up menu.
