PURPOSE: A liquid fertilizer storage tank is provided to achieve a long term storage of the fertilizer while allowing a superior fermentation of the liquid fertilizer utilizing aerobic bacteria and protecting thus fermented fertilizer from an oxidation. CONSTITUTION: A liquid fertilizer storage tank(2) having a cap(2a), an inlet(6), and an outlet(7) comprises a porous container(4) for inhabitation of aerobic photoorganotrophic bacteria arranged in an interior of the tank(2), an incandescent lamp(12) for activating the photoorganotrophic bacteria and which is arranged at a portion of the tank(2), a circulating tube(9) having a circulating pump(8) and which is arranged for circulation of the liquid fertilizer from a lower portion to an upper portion of the tank(2), and an air supply tube(11) having a ceramic filter(10) and which is arranged at an intermediate portion of the circulating tube(9).
