PURPOSE: An internet electronic commerce service system is provided to set a banner interface application module at a subscribed user's PC and generate a product order window or a payment window inside or outside an advertisement banner if the user clicks the displayed banner so that it can perform an electronic transaction without driving a web browser. CONSTITUTION: An internet electronic commerce service system comprises an internet(500), a plurality of product maker's homepages(200), a plurality of product delivery company's homepages(400), a server(100) controlling the overall process of the electronic commerce, and an interface module(300), set at a user's PC, generating the order or payment windows if the user clicks the banner. An electronic commerce method steps of accessing a web page including the banner, clicking the banner if an advertisement on a wanted product is displayed, certifying the information on the product and inputting a purchase quantity, filling in a member information and selecting a payment method, certifying the filled-in contents, transmitting the final purchase information to the server(100), and delivering the product to the user.
