PURPOSE: An internet advertisement method and method for transmitting and managing an electronic message are provided to display an advertisement while the user uses application programs like a word program. CONSTITUTION: An internet advertisement method comprises a step of installing a program used in transmitting a user's internet use record to a server of a website if the user agrees with installing. The user's record is transmitted to the server. The server analyzes the user's record. And the server transmits the advertisement data suited for the user to the user's computer. When the user uses an application program like a word program, the user sees the advertisement and gets points. When the user turns off and reboots his computer, automatically, the computer connects to the server computer and the server transmits proper advertisement data again.
