PURPOSE: Oksunju as distilled liquor is produced to provide functional liquor in line with the modern taste which is high quality and has medicine effects. CONSTITUTION: A Oksunju is produced by mixing corn, malt, and water and saccharifying; extracting saccharified liquid, adding it to crude liquor made of fermented mixture of hard-boiled rice, leaven and water, fermenting and maturing at 25°C for 10 days; distilling the above materials; submerging dried arrowroot cut in 2-3cm size in bag, maturing at 20°C for 2 months.
