The invention refers to an helmet of the type comprising an outer shell (30) substantially rigid and an inner cap, made of a material suitable for absorbing eventual shocks, comprising at least two superimposed layers having different densities, a low density inner layer (2), in contact with the user's head, and an outer layer (10) having an higher density, interposed between the inner layer (2) and the outer shell (30).
