METHOD FOR ELECTRONIC BID BY USING INTERNET

PURPOSE: A method for electronic bid by using the internet is provided so that a bidding company can bid conveniently by enabling the bidding company to bid at all the locations where the internet is connected and by reserving price unsealing after bidding closing if the bid company wants to do and so that an unfair conference can be prevented by bidding in a remote location and so that the determination process of a successful bidder can be kept clearly by encoding all the price information related to the awarding of a contract and preventing them from exposing to bidding companies, businessmen and business guaranteeing companies and so that all the denials about results of bidding and bidding activities can be prevented by executing electronic signature for all the information in the determination process of the successful bidder. CONSTITUTION: A method for electronic bid by using the internet includes several steps. A first step is that a businessman, who is registered through authentication, displays content of service business and encodes a desired price and a range of awarding of a contract and affixes digital signature to it and transmits it to bidding receiving part of a bidding server(22) and the bidding server stores the data in database(25). A second step is that several bidding company, which are registered through authentication, encodes a bid for the service business and affixes digital signature to it and transmits it to the bidding receiving part of the bidding server(22) and the bidding server stores the data in database(25). A third step is that the businessman and several bidding companies don't encode data which they have provided before bidding closing and transmits them to a bidding verifying and managing part of the bidding server(23). A fourth step is that the bidding verifying and managing part(23) compares the encoded data stored in database(25) with the data which are not encoded and selects bidding companies with identical data as bidding companies which can be determined as awarding of the contract. A fifth step is to award a contract to a bidding company which provide an optimal price in a range of bidding provided by the businessman.
