METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONCAVE LENS FOR IMAGE REFLECTION AND STAINLESS REFLECTION MIRROR USING A STAINLESS PLATE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a concave lens for image reflection and a stainless reflection mirror using a stainless plate is provided to improve the productivity by exchanging a conventional glass concave lens with a stainless concave lens. CONSTITUTION: A stainless steel plate(1) is cut off by pressing. The surface of the stainless steel plate(1) is grinded, and a concave lens(6) is molded by a hydraulic press. The concave lens(6) is grinded again, and is coated in a vacuum state. According to the method for manufacturing the concave lens(6), the productivity is improved.
