PURPOSE: An auxiliary device for an air conditioner of a vehicle is provided to automatically turning off an air conditioner of a vehicle when the vehicle climbs a slope and output of the vehicle is remarkably decreased due to the operation of the air conditioner, so that the vehicle climbs the slope smoothly without overload. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary device for an air conditioner of a vehicle a metal ball(1) reciprocating according to grade of a vehicle, fluid ball(2) limiting the reciprocating movement of the metal ball due to a minor concave and convex parts or vibration for checking a horizontal state of the device, a proximity switch(3) for sensing movement of the fluid ball, and a handle(5) for setting a grade of the vehicle, wherein when the vehicle climbs a slope and vibrates, the metal ball reaches the proximity switch so that a relay is driven to automatically turning on or off a switch of the air conditioner.
