PURPOSE: A method for answering through an internet is provided to help the solution by promptly answer through a specialist to the inquires such as problems related to a computer and questions of students in real time. CONSTITUTION: A questioner connects to a web server having a program for answering by using PDA or a cellular phone and registers a question or an inquiry. The web server determines the field the question or the inquiry belong to with reference to data, and if completing such determination, selects an answerer of the corresponding field. Then, the web server communicates the selected answerer and reports the question or the inquiry. The answerer prepares an answer to the question or the inquiry and register the answer on a board.
