PURPOSE: A method for a producing polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane is provided which improves salt blocking efficiency and water permeation even at low pressure. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the sequential steps of producing a supporting plane membrane by knife coating a mixture solution of polyether sulfon, polyvinylpyrrolidone and N-methylenediamine and gelling in a water tank on polyester non woven fabrics, surface polymerizing by dipping a surface of the supporting plane membrane in an aqueous solution containing metaphenylenediamine, removing water from the surface and dipping in an organic solution containing trimesoyl chloride, and drying the surface polymerized supporting plane membrane at ordinary temperatures and high temperatures continuously. The membrane is harmless to men and easy to handle.
