PURPOSE: A radiating pipe for cooling the circulating coolant in a freezer or a refrigerator and a method for making the same are provided to make and supply a freezing or refrigerating devices such as a refrigerator, a freezer, a refrigerator showcase, etc. at low prices by extremely reducing the cost required in a facility for manufacturing the coolant radiating pipe of the freezing or refrigerating devices as well as the manufacturing cost of the coolant pipe. Also, the radiating pipe and the method for making the same is intended to simply carry out the manufacture or the installation process of the radiating pipe without an additional process for welding radiating plates or pins by previously making the radiating plates simultaneously with forming of the radiating pipe. CONSTITUTION: In a method for making a radiating pipe(109) for cooling the circulating coolant in a freezer or a refrigerator, a flat metal strip is subjected to forming to form semicylindrical pipe body parts(101, 102) and radiating plate parts(103, 104, 105). The center portion(106) of a radiating plate part extended between two semicylindrical pipe body parts is folded and combined together to form cylindrical shape. Then, one end(110) of either an upper or a lower radiating plate side(104 or 105) combined together at the outermost side of the semicylindrical pipe body part is folded and bonded in a manner of enveloping the other radiating plate side, and then the bonded portion(112) is subjected to seam welding or braze welding. After then, in a process of squeezing the radiating part at the outer peripheral portion of cylindrical pipe body and forming corrugations, a radiating pipe to which at least one or more radiating plates are integrally incorporated may be made. Consequently, the radiating pipe can be made in a process for forming the radiating pipe and radiating plate integrally as with a roll forming and a simple working process for carrying the seam welding or braze welding just on the plate and also in a facility for the processes.
