PURPOSE: A solid color image device is provided to improve the picture image of the solid color image device by focusing an incident beam onto a center of the optic diode. CONSTITUTION: An optic diode(104) and a gate electrode(110) are formed on a semiconductor substrate(102). A first flat layer(112) is formed on the semiconductor substrate(102). A color filter array(114) corresponding to the optic diode(104) is provided. A second flat layer(116) is formed on the first flat layer(112) in which the color filter array(114) is positioned. The second flat layer(116) has a first refraction rate. A second micro lens(118) is installed on the second flat layer(116). The second micro lens(118) has a second refraction rate. The first refraction rate is larger than the second refraction rate.
