摘要 PURPOSE: A preparation method of fermented drink for lactic acid vegetable property for human health is provided, which is made of plant sources. CONSTITUTION: A process of preparation method of fermented drink for lactic acid is composed of several steps. A first step is mixing brown rice flour with protein of soybean flour in a ratio of 0.8-0.9: 0.2-1.0 and adjusting water content of the mixture to be 20-30%. A second step is pressing out and swelling the mixture and drying the mixture by an extruding machine to be 5-16% of water content and powdering the mixture. A third step is adding distilled water to high fructose solution 12-18%, powdered mixture 25-35%, to be 100% and is sterilization the mixture with water. A fourth step is injecting 1-1.6% wt mixture of Lactobacillus bulgaricus with Streptococcus thermophilus in a ratio of 0.5: 0.5 to the mixture and fermenting the mixture at pH 3.6-4.0, 38-45°C. A fifth step is adding 10-18% wt oligosaccharides, 10-25% wt fruit-vegetable juice, 0.3-0.5% wt food additive to 25-40% wt the fermented solution and adding 0.5-0.8% wt calcium salt to distilled water to 100% wt. A last step is homogenizing the fermented solution at 100-150 kg/cm¬2, 75-85°C. liquid temperature.
