PURPOSE: A goods delivery method and system via a chain store is provided to reduce a delivery cost and time by delivering the goods, ordered via an online shopping mall, via the chain store located nearest from a delivery place. CONSTITUTION: A goods delivery system comprises a plurality of buyer's computers(10a,10n), a server(20), a logistics center(28), a plurality of delivery centers(29a,29n), a plurality of chain stores(30a,30n) and a communication network(40). The buyer's computers(10a,10n) can be a desktop computer, a notebook computer or a PDA for ordering a goods by accessing the server(20). The server(20) includes a member database, a goods database, an order management database, a chain store database and a recall database. A goods delivery method comprises steps of displaying goods information to the accessed buyers, receiving a purchasing order, storing the order information in a database, transmitting the order information to the logistics center, the logistics center transmitting the order information to the delivery center located nearest from the delivery place, the delivery center transmitting the order information to the chain store located nearest from the delivery place, and the chain store delivering the goods to the delivery place.
