PURPOSE: A blue organic-electro light emitting display compound is provided which can improve stability of an element, and make better luminescene efficiency and color. CONSTITUTION: A blue organic-electro light emitting display compound and light emitting display using the same, are a constituted organic-electro light emitting medium having emit light layer composing spiro-biphenyl diphenylvinylamine (spiro-BiPVA) compound which makes spiro from into biphenyl ring of usual DPVB(4,4'-bis(2,2-diphenyl) biphenyl) compound. The constitution of organic-electro light emitting display applied to spiro-biphenyl diphenylvinylamine(spiro-BiPVA) compound is followed. First electrode/ frontal space inject bed/ frontal space transport bed/ doped light emitting bed/ electron transport bed/ electron inject bed/ Li2O/ second electrode. Alq3. is used as a substrate of light emitting.
