摘要 PURPOSE: A robot apparatus for searching and painting in a facility piping traces inner space of pipes in an industrial facility, searches a state of pipes, and repairs the pipes. The robot is provided to carry out the exact diagnosing of an internal state of industrial facility piping including waterworks pipes and sewerage pipes as well as the painting in the pipes, so that the working period of time and the cost may be reduced. CONSTITUTION: A robot apparatus for searching and painting in a facility pipe comprises a front robot which moves by a running roller(12) under the state supported in a piping by a pressure roller(11); a rear robot having a pressure roller(21) and a running roller(22), which is connected to the front robot by a flexible joint(18); a working device for carrying a predetermined works to the piping, which is detachably mounted on the front robot(10); a flexible tube(61) connecting a power supply to the front and rear robot(10, 20), to which the working device is connected to be supplied power source, sands for pretreatment, and paint; a fixing stand(40) fixed with a variable height at an entrance of the piping, which supports the flexible tube(61) via a guide roller(41); and a controller(50) controlling a running state, for example, forward running, rearward running, or turning, of the front robot(10) and rear robot(20) and receiving and storing data from the working device.
