DEVICE FOR LIGHTING DISC INPUT PORT OF FLIP DOWN CD PLAYER

PURPOSE: A lighting device of disc inlet for a flip down CD player is provided to show the disc inlet at night by lighting around the disc inlet when a control panel of the flip down CD player is opened. CONSTITUTION: An opening button of panel(12-1) installed on a control panel(11) of a flip down CD player(10) is selected. The control panel(11) is opened by releasing the control panel(11) held with a hook switch(12-2) interacted with the opening button of panel(12-1) and a detecting switch of opening(SW) installed in a front face(15a) of an escutcheon is turned on. A microcomputer sends a control signal of operation to a driving unit by detecting and a lamp is lighted by operating the driving unit. Because a light by lighting of the lamp is combined with a reflector(14) through a lamp combining groove of the reflector(14) in a rear face(15a) of the escutcheon, a disc inlet(13) formed in the front face(15a) of the escutcheon is lighted by reflecting the light around the disc inlet(13) in the front face(15a) of the escutcheon with the reflector(14).
