PURPOSE: A method for managing an address header of a subscriber in a network management element layer of a telecommunication management network is provided to manage subscriber's address header information of an ATM switching system network by a network element management layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for managing an address header of a subscriber in a network management element layer of a telecommunication management network comprises the following steps. A manager system requests the generation of a subscriber's header information management object class if a kind of a changed management is an addition when a network management operator requests a kind of changed management to a manager system. The manager system requests the deletion of the subscriber's header information management object class to the management operator if the kind of changed management is deletion. The manager system requests a property change of the subscriber's header information management object class to the management operator if the kind of changed management is information change. The requests of addition, deletion, and change are transferred to each switching system. The subscriber's header information management object class is added or deleted, or changed according to each request.
