PURPOSE: An exercising system apparatus is provided to carry out the motion of going up and down, incline operating and rotating just with sliding actuators and rods without vertical actuator or structure for virtual reality. CONSTITUTION: An exercising system apparatus makes it possible for an upper plate(3) mounted on a baseplate(1) moving up and down, rotating and swing, and has a structure(4) binding the action of the upper plate(3) in the middle of the base plate(1) and the upper plate(3). A exercising system apparatus comprises ; three sliding actuators(5) mounted on the baseplate(1) ; rods(6) of stiff body connecting each actuators(5) and the upper plate(3) to be rotated ; universal joints(7a,7b) connecting hinged both ends of the rods(6) and actuators(5) or the upper plate(3).
