PURPOSE: An electronic power monitoring and controlling apparatus is provided to measure various information of power with high precise by analyzing field information to transmit them to a CPU. CONSTITUTION: An electronic power monitoring and controlling apparatus comprises a display and input unit(10), an analog/digital input unit(20), a CPU(30), a digital output unit(40), a communication processing unit(50), a communication unit(60), a carrier current transceiver unit(70) and a power supply(80). The display and input unit(10) displays the information to be displayed as symbols to be identified by an user. The analog/digital input unit(20) receives the information, which is measurable, about the usage of present electricity. The CPU(30) operates and determines information input from various input equipments, outputs the resultants to output equipments and searches and process information output to host equipments.
