METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING VEHICLE BODY PANEL FOR ASSEMBLING VEHICLE BODY AND WELDING JIG THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method is provided to decide if the supply of a vehicle body panel is ordinary or extraordinary by sensing position displacement of a welding jig caused by weight deviation in order to prevent raw material from wasting and to increase productivity. CONSTITUTION: In supplying more than two pieces of extra ordinary vehicle body panels, the panels are placed on a guide pin(23) and the guide pin moves downward by self-weight of the panel. However, the amount of the compressed displacement of a spring(22) is compressed as much as two times or more than two times of an ordinary value which is 5mm. Then another sensor(26') senses the extraordinarily compressed panel and sends a signal to a controller. The controller flickers a red lamp to warn an operator of the extraordinary panel and stops the operation of a clamp(21) to enable the operator to remove the panel from a welding jig(2).
