PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce air pressure from an air chamber to an actuator without an external piping, and to reduce the number of part items. SOLUTION: An air passage 26 comprising a small diameter hole 12A of a rod insertion hole 12 provided in a piston rod 11 and an air hole 25 connects a pressure receiving chamber 22C of an actuator 22 displacing a shutter 16 and an air chamber 32 of an air spring 28. This constitution introduces the pressure in the air chamber 32 to the pressure receiving chamber 22c of the actuator 22 through the air passage 26 provided in the piston rod 11 without an external piping connecting an actuator and an air spring in the prior art. Thus, this constitution prevents air leakage or the like, and reduces the number of part items.
