PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile interior panel wherein a panel body having a shatterproof bag door part united by integral hinging at the time of operating of an air bag device under a low temperature atmosphere can be molded without using an insert and a net element, and without depending on two color molding. SOLUTION: In this interior panel, a panel body 20 having a bag door part 14 is integrally molded with a plastic material. The panel body 20 is molded with a material including a polymer alloy composed of a hard component and a soft component as a base polymer. The hard component of the polymer alloy is made of block type polypropylene, and the soft component of that is made of ethylene-1-butene copolymer rubber and ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber. A mechanical characteristic of the panel body 20 indicates 380 to 620 Mpa in bend elasticity modulus (JIS K 7203), and not less than 40 kJ/m2 in Izod impact value (-40 deg.C) (JIS K 7110). |
