PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in resistance to thermal degradation, and resistance to hydrolysis, useful for decoration and shoe sole of sport shoes or the like by including an epoxydized dienic block copolymer and a polyurethane-based elastomer. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (A) an epoxydized dienic block copolymer and (B) a polyurethane-based elastomer. The component A is preferably obtained by epoxydizing a block copolymer comprising a polymer block consisting essentially of a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon compound such as styrene, and a polymer block comprising a polymer block consisting essentially of a conjugated diene compound such as butadiene, or a hydrogenated product thereof. The component A is preferably the one obtained by epoxydizing 5-35% of the double bond of the diene part. The component B is obtained, for example, by reacting a polyethylene glycol, a polybutylene adipate diol and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate.
