PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geared motor for assembling a power-transmitting part using common parts regardless of whether or not a sliding clutch is used there. SOLUTION: A geared motor 1 has a power-transmitting part 3 for transmitting power from a drive gear to an output axle. The power-transmitting part 3 is constituted of a gear 13 to be moved, an output axle 14, a first clutch washer 15, and a second clutch washer 16. The gear 13 had a first engaging hole 18 that is not round, and a second round engaging hole 19 formed on a coaxial line thereof. When a sliding clutch comprising the gear 13, the first washer 15 and the second washer 16 is used in the power-transmitting part 3, the first washer 15 is fitted to the output axle 14, the gear 13 is fitted thereto from the side of the second engagement hole 19. After the second washer 16 is fitted, the second washer 16 is tightened and fixed. When the clutch is not used, conversely to prior art, the gear 13 is fitted to the output axle 14 from the side of the first engaging hole.
