PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable feeling without a draft feeling, and provide a warmth in an extremely short period of time when a user enters a bathroom by providing a heater in the discharging side channel of a fan for circulation, which circulates air in the bathroom, and using a halogen heater for the heater. SOLUTION: A main body 6 has a box-shape which is installed on the ceiling surface of a bathroom, and has an air discharging port 2 which communicates with the outside of a building, on the side surface, and an air suction port 3 for ventilation, an air suction port 4 for circulation and an air outlet 5 are provided on the lower surface. A ventilation fan 7 is provided in an air channel which communicates the air suction port 3 for ventilation with the air discharging port 2 of the main body 6, and a fan 8 for circulation is provided in an air channel which communicates the air suction port 4 for circulation with the air outlet 5. Then, in the air outlet 5, a halogen heater 11 which emits heat to a washing space being adjacent to a bathtub of the bathroom 5, is provided. For the halogen heater 11, a filament of which the heat capacity is small is made a heat source, and the rising and the falling of an energy can be performed at approx. the same time as the turning on/off of a switch.
