A method of making a composite pill of glasswort(Salicornia herbacea) and an abalone without the destruction of nutrients is provided to prevent easy deterioration due to an external environment. The composite pill contains nutrients of the glasswort and abalone as it were and is storable for a long period of time and convenient to take. The composite pill is obtained by the steps of: removing foreign materials from glasswort; heating the glasswort at 180 to 200deg.C for 2 to 3hr in the first step; drying the heated glasswort at 100 to 120deg.C for 2 to 3hr in the first step; separating foreign materials from the glasswort using separators and metal detectors; washing the flesh of abalone and heating at 100 to 110deg.C for 10 to 20min in the second step; finely cutting the flesh and drying at 100 to 120deg.C for 3 to 4hr; mixing the glasswort and abalone in a ratio of 10:1; grinding the mixture into 150 to 200 meshes; mixing the ground and water in a ratio of 5 to 6:1 and forming into a pill with a size of 3 to 5mm. The separators contain a wind separator, electric suction separator and color separator. |
