PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a satisfactory connection between the lower end part of a hard drain pipe and the connecting opening of drain piping of a floor even in the case that the connecting opening is located below housing boxes in the case that a piping cover to cover a drain pipe on the lower side of a wash-hand basin is constituted as a cabinet main body and that the housing boxes in a form recessed backward are provided. SOLUTION: By recessing the front surface part of a piping cover 48, which is formed of a panel to cover a drain pipe 36 extended downward vertically from the drain opening 24 of a hand-wash basin 12 from the front side, to the side of a wall W in the rear, housing boxes 64 and 66 are provided, and a cabinet main body is constituted of the piping cover 48. The housing boxes 64 and 66 are provided in such a way as to form both piping space between them and space for piping connection between their bottom parts and a floor 30. The drain pipe 36 is located in the piping space, and the lower end part of the drain pipe 36 is connected to a connecting opening 46 by a connecting pipe 42 in the shape of a bent pipe located in the space for piping connection.
