PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the installation space, and regulate the temperature of a storage precisely, and besides, to raise the cooling or heating efficiency. SOLUTION: A storage 1 is of heat insulating structure, and is constituted such that it can store a drink container 14 capably of takeout. This pourer is provided with a temperature regulator i5 at the head of the storage 1. The temperature regulator 15 can be cooled or heated by circulating chill or warmth within the storage 1 by the utilization of Peltier effect. The storage 1 is provided with a pouring cock 32 by which the user can pour out drink 14 within the drink container 14. It is to be desired that the section of sending out chill or warmth of the temperature regulator 15 should be so arranged as to turn downward in the eccentric position to the storage 1.
