PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a throttle cable connection work and the tuning work of a pump at a limited space. SOLUTION: To assemble a part 2 formed in a module, at a carburetor 3 mounted on an engine and an oil pump 5, first and second branch cables 4 and 6 precoupled to the other end are prepared. The cap top of the carburetor 3 is removed, a carburetor valve is taken out, and one end of the first branch cable 4 is bound at the carburetor valve. The cap top is fastened and further, and one end of the second branch cable 6 is coupled to the oil pump. A cable lock nut is removed, the second branch cable 6 is set at a stay 7, a lock nut is fastened, and tuning of the oil pump is effected by regulating a play.
