PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface-treated plastic film highly useful as a synthetic paper, with an ink blur index of 1.0-1.2 for aqueous or alcohol-based ink, slight in ink blur in writing with an aqueous ball-point pen thereon, therefore excellent in writing smoothness and offset printability, and to obtain an ink jet printing form printable in high grade thereon by using the above plastic film. SOLUTION: This surface-treated plastic film is such on that at least one side of a plastic film is provided with a surface coating layer which has a blur index for aqueous or alcohol-based ink of 1.0-1.2. The other objective ink jet printing form is obtained by providing the surface coating layer of the above surface-treated plastic film with an ink-receiving layer. |
