PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radar signal processor detecting the revolution speed of a target by calculating the Doppler frequency from the Doppler history of the target for analyzing the revolution of the target and calculating optimum synthesized open time. SOLUTION: For calculating the spread of a Doppler frequency from the Doppler history of the target detected with a Doppler tracking processor 13, a Doppler frequency calculator 20 is attached. For calculating an optimum synthesized open time based on the Doppler frequency, a synthesized open time calculator 21 is attached.
