PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly feed air to a device of a load, and downsize a device by arranging a partition plate between an air blower for sending air by generating turning flow to air, and a device such as a filter, a catalyst device, an adsorption device, and the like of a load with respect to the flow of air. SOLUTION: A turbo fan air blower to which a motor 4 is attached is enclosed with a frame 2, turning flow is caused to air taken in from an opening port 5 to send air, and air is supplied to an outside after dust is eliminated by a filter 7. In such constituted air blower, a partition plate 6 is disposed in a clearance between a turbo fan air blower 1 and a filter 7 as a device of a load with respect to the flow of air so as to extend in the radial direction of the turbo fan air blower 1. The partition plate 6 is disposed so as to seal almost the clearance between the turbo fan air blower 1 and the filter 7. It is thus possible to evenly and equally send air to the filter 7, and it is also possible to downsize the filter 7.
