SCREEN PRINTING INSPECTION METHOD AND SCREEN PRINTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inspection data prepared before printing and to reduce erroneous judgement owing to the fluctuation of the color tone of a printed board by image- picking up a screen at a position where inspection is executed and the printed board and extracting a feature. SOLUTION: A printing position/area extraction means 13 determines the printing position and the printing area of printing agent from the plan view image of an acquired screen. Next, a plan view image acquiring means 14 obtains a plan view image of a printed board before screen printing is executed. A feature extraction means 15 determines features on pictures in a printing part and a part where printing is not required before the execution of printing. A printing means 18 executes printing and a plane view acquirement means 14 obtains the plane view image of the printed board after printing and obtains the features on the pictures in the printing part and the non-printing part. The features on the picture of the plane view image in the printed board before and after printing in the printing part and the non-printing part are compared. A printing result judgement means 16 judges a printing result. When the printing result is judged to be NG, a printing defect removal means 19 removes the cause of a printing defect.
