PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control apparatus for a forklift truck, which can shift, with simple constitution, an engine speed control by an accelerator pedal and an engine speed control by a remote control, and can reduce a production cost. SOLUTION: This remote control apparatus for a forklift, is provided with a first lever 17 rotating according to operation of an accelerator pedal 5 to make a throttle lever 4a of an injection pump 4A rotate; and a second lever 18, which is brought into contact with the first lever 17 when an actuator 30 is driven by a remote control to rotate the second lever 18 by a predetermined angle and makes the throttle lever 4a rotate by cooperating with the first lever 17, thereby to control an engine speed from low speed to the maximum speed.
