PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate valve testing device capable of reproducing as much as possible a condition, where a plate valve is mounted on an engine, and having a silencer for reducing noise. SOLUTION: This testing device is provided with a main body 2, having a through-hole 6 and a plate valve mounting space 7 communication with the through-hole 6, fixed cylinders 3, 4, which are hollow cylinders to be engaged with the through-hole 6, having a first communication hole 11 and a second communication hole 12 for communication insides of the cylinders with the mounting space 7, and a rotary cylinders 5, which is a cylinder rotatably engaged with the cylinders 3, 4, having an inlet passage 13 communicating with the first communication hole 11 from its one end and an outlet passage 14 communication with the second communication hole 12 to reach to the other end. The device is also provided with a blower 20 which is fixed in an outlet passage side end face of the rotary cylinder 5 and to carry out blowing radially, and a lid 21 provided at the end face of the blower 20.
