PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange that realizes reply to a line corresponding to a caller number, in response to a request with respect to the caller number through the operation by a terminal. SOLUTION: This exchange is provided with a caller number storage control means 13, that stores a caller number received from a line at the arrival of an incoming call via a line accommodation means 11 to a caller number management memory 51, a terminal information analysis means 15 that analyzes terminal information from a terminal via a terminal accommodation means 14, and a caller number retrieval means 16 that retrieves the caller number from the caller number management memory 51, on the basis of the analysis result by the terminal information analysis means 15 and instructs the terminal accommodation means 14 on reply of a requested line, when the retrieved caller number satisfies the request.
