PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase noise suppressing function as much as possible while keeping the cooling function. SOLUTION: A cooler comprises a heat dissipating element 3 arranged to receive heat conducted from an electric apparatus element 1 and to dissipate the received heat into the outer space, and a tubular conductor duct 2 made of a conductive material to have an opening (21) 22 communicating with the outer space at at least one end with the tube wall part being arranged to cover the electric apparatus element 1. The heat dissipating element 3 is contained in the inner space 27 of the conductor duct 2 and arranged to dissipate the received heat through the opening (21) 22.
