<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain electrophotographic toner with high productivity by micronizing with the shearing power of a jetted non-soluble liquid keep in melted state. SOLUTION: Fine particles 5 are obtained by micronizing a molten mixture with the shearing power of the jetted liquid 3. That is, components constituting the toner are melted and mixed and the molten mixture 4 is kept in the melted state without dissolving in an organic solvent and is micronized with the shearing power of the jetted liquid 3. As a result, the molten mixture 4 is micronized in the non-compatible liquid at least containing no organic solvent to have a prescribed particle diameter. After that, the molten mixture is solidified by cooling the liquid containing the micronized molten mixture to obtain the liquid containing the toner particles micronized into the prescribed particle diameter. The toner particles are obtained by removing the liquid in the post-process.</p> |
