PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent persons engaged in medical service from a piercing accident by breaking a partial joint between the inner peripheral part of an outer cylinder and the outer peripheral part of an inner needle member after the use of an indwelling needle. SOLUTION: A medical centesis tool is so constructed that a resin-mae needle part 1a is projected at the tip of an outer cylinder 4 in the state of containing the rear of an inner needle member 2, and an inner needle member 2 is integrated with the outer cylinder 4 by the outer cylinder through a partial joint between the inner peripheral part of the outer cylinder 4 and the outer peripheral part of the inner needle member 2. A spring 5 for energizing an indwelling needle to the outer cylinder 4 to be sunk is disposed between the inner needle member 2 and the front inner step part 4b of the outer cylinder 4, and after the indwelling needle is used in the human body, a partial joint between the inner peripheral part of the outer cylinder 4 and the outer peripheral part of the inner needle member 2 is broken so that the needle part 1a is sunk in the outer cylinder 4 by the spring 5. Thus, persons engaged in medical service can be protected from the secondary infection. |
