PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an image information service system that easily provides image information to the user at an optional place and to realize its control method. SOLUTION: An information processing center 300 is interposed between a plurality of users 100-1-100-n and a plurality of information serves 400-1-400-m, the information processing center 300 edits, processes various information served from the information servers 400-1-400-m to manage them and transmit desired image information to the users 100-1-100-n in response to requests from portable radio telephone sets from the users 100-1-100-n through a radio channel by way of a communication enterprise 200. Then the users 100-1-100-n receive image information sent from the information processing center 300 by the portable radio telephone sets carried by the users 100-1-100-n through the communication enterprise 200 and display the information on display devices, respectively.
