PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent excretion assistance support system started to be introduced into a care center or the like and given a prowl surveillance function. SOLUTION: This excretion assistance support system comprises a sensor device A which transmits a radio signal on detecting excretion, a receiving unit B for receiving the radio signal, and a management device C which announces data to a management person and a helper on receiving the signal received. The sensor device A has a timed warning function and the function of transmitting signs according to the kinds of warnings and the receiving unit B is provided with the function of adding a receiving unit identification sign and received strength to a warning kind sign and a sensor identification sign from the sensor device A and retransmitting them to the management device C. The management device C is provided with a storage part C3 in which the correspondence between the identification signs of each sensor device and the receiving unit is stored.
