PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drainage by driving a plurality of angle steels in the slope of natural ground by inverting the angle part upward and forming the drain passage of underwater in the angle part. SOLUTION: A plurality of angle steels 12 are vertically and horizontally driven in the slope 11 of natural ground. Then, the angle part of the angle steel 12 is made upward, and an edge part 12b is inclined slightly upward to deviate a vertical position so as to be arranged in zigzag. Next, since a void is produced to be secured in the inside of the angle part by the looseness and driving vibration of natural ground 10 during driving, it is the drain passage of underground water. Underground water is drained to the outside of the slope 11 through the drain passage from the edge part 12b of the angle steel 12. Thereby, even when the movement of underground water exists, a drain function can be permanently maintained because the drain passage is not clogged, an extremely inexpensive member is used to be executed simply, and underground water of the natural ground can be drained surely.
