PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress signal level difference due to color mixture among adjacent homochromatic pixels and to reduce an alias of a contour signal by adding the signal of a left or right pixel to a certain pixel signal with a desired ratio. SOLUTION: A switching signal generating part 14d outputs an H level switching signal only when an index signal of a timing signal generating part generating a reference timing signal such as the driving of a sensor 11 is green and outputs an L level switching signal when it is a color except it. That is, when a sensor 11 output converted by an A/D conversion circuit 13 is a green pixel, an output of a D-FF circuit 14 becomes a red or blue pixel being a left adjacent one. The switching signal generating part 14d output gates an AND gate 14e so as to apply a constant (2α-2β) to a multiplier 14c at such a time alone. An adder 14a adds an output of the multiplier 14c to a converted output of the sensor 11 to obtain an output undergoing color mixture reduction. Thus, it is possible to reduce an alias of a contour signal by applying the constant (2α-2β) to the left adjacent pixel of the green pixel.
