PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of the interior inspecting hole of a mixer drum, with which a lid can be easily opened and closed even under the state being adhered with a ready-mixed concrete or the like and the sealing properties of the lid are also ensured. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the interior inspecting hole of a concrete mixer truck, the engaging blades 44 of a sliding plate 40 are positioned above the notched parts of a frame member 10 and then fitted to the frame member 10 by axially moving the sliding plate 40. After that, while being axially pressingly rotated, the sliding plate 40 is positioned below the regions between engaging pins 14 so as to release its pressed state. Next, by rotating a handle under the state being fitted to a boss member 50, the boss member 50 is raised, resulting in locking a sealing plate 30 and the sliding plate 40 in the frame member 10.
